Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide detailed information and supporting photographs, if possible.
We will arrange for the return of the item and either provide a replacement or issue a refund, excluding any applicable shipping charges.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed for defective or damaged items only.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process.
Any items returned without an authorized RMA number may not be accepted or processed.
